Our service is completely free to the policyholder (subject to your insurance policy excess) provided we undertake the repair and reinstatement works. (If required we are able to negotiate on a cash settlement basis subject to a management fee).
From using our service we aim to achieve the shortest possible claim life cycle from reporting a claim to starting and finishing repairs. For further peace of mind we are also regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
